Block & Bridle?
Block & Bridle is a national organization concerned with
promoting the interest of our livestock industries. The 'Block'
represents a cutting board reflecting the meat industry. The 'Bridle'
reflects organizations representing the horse industry.
WSU Block
& Bridle
Block and Bridle is a professional and social organization for
those sharing a common interest in the livestock industry. In
association with the WSU Beef Center, the club provides opportunities
for students to gain "hands-on" experience within the beef cattle
industry, conducts community service projects, and provides the
opportunity to meet others in the club with similar
interests. Block and Bridle is a club where the rewards
include helping our community, getting "hands-on" experiences,
and creating friendships that can last a lifetime.

CALF SALE - November 15, 2008
This year we are hosting our first annual Club Calf Silent
Auction out at the WSU Beef Center. We encourage you to join
us
on
November 15, 2008 from
11:00am-12:00pm.
Our preview will start at
10:00am,
follwed
by our bids opening at 11:00am and closing at 12:00pm.
We will be consigning 8-10 lots, which range from February to April and
are anywhere from 556 lbs to 843 lbs, as of Thursday, November 13th. These steers
will make great summer market projects! Below is a table of
information on each of our steers including a picture.
