Course: AS 346 - Skeletal Muscle Physiology 3 cr Prereq AS 101, BioSci 104, AS 345 recommended. General structural and functional properties of skeletal muscle. Dynamics of embryonic, neonatal and postnatal skeletal muscle growth. Specific characteristics of important muscle-specific proteins. Structural vs regulatory proteins.
